How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, email us at:

support@voicemap.me

Include the following in your email:

  • The name of the tour you'd like refunded
  • Where you purchased it – for example, voicemap.me, in-app, or through Viator or TripAdvisor
  • A receipt or proof of payment
  • Your booking reference, if you purchased through Viator or TripAdvisor
  • The reason for your refund request

If you bought your tour in the VoiceMap app on an iPhone or iPad, the payment went through Apple, so Apple handles the refund. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy the tour.
