If you booked a VoiceMap tour through Viator or TripAdvisor, your redemption code is sent by VoiceMap after your booking is confirmed – by SMS or email, depending on the contact details you provided at booking.
Check your messages first
Look for a message from VoiceMap containing an eight-character code (usually four letters followed by four numbers, for example ABCD1234). Check your spam or junk folder if you're searching your email.
If your booking was for more than one person, the same code covers all redemptions – you don't need a separate code per person.
Still can't find it?
Try entering your booking reference number instead – it works in the same field. Follow the steps in Redeem a tour code in the VoiceMap app.
